How are my items delivered?

We use Royal Mail for all UK and international deliveries. Prices vary depending on the destination and speed of delivery. We package our orders suitably to try and ensure safe delivery.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending which country and shipping option. Please check our delivery page for further details.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on UK orders over £20.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We don’t currently offer next day delivery as a delivery option. However, if your order is urgent do get in touch with us and we will be happy to help arrange a faster delivery. Please note there may be an extra cost with this option.

What if I change my mind about my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order then we would be happy to help exchange or refund your order.

Please be sure to return your item to us by post within 14 days of placing your order. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please read our full returns and exchanges page for more details.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We use PayPal as our payment gateway where there is an option to either pay via a PayPal account or to pay via credit or debit card. You are not required to have a PayPal account if you would like to pay via credit or debit card. You will be guided though the options during payment.
