Returns and exchanges
Here at Shedquarters we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and aim to represent all of our products the best that we can by photographing them ourselves and writing detailed descriptions. However, we also understand that sometimes when shopping online the item you receive is not as you expect it. If you do change your mind or the item is not right then you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days of placing your order.
***We have also extended our Christmas returns policy and any orders placed between 1 December and 24th December can be returned up until 7th January.***
If you would like to return your order please request a return in writing to [email protected] within 14 working days of receipt of your item. We will then guide you through the returns process.
We are unable to cover the cost of returns postage. Please be sure to return your item to us within 14 days after contacting us regarding the return and to ask for proof of delivery when sending your parcel. The returns address will be listed on your receipt or return it to:

Please note we will be unable to proceed with a return unless we have been contacted via email prior to receiving the return. Any original standard delivery charges from your order will be refunded for UK orders only and please include a copy of your order number and receipt as proof of purchase with your return. We are able to offer a refund or an exchange on returns.

Condition of returns
Returned items must be in the same condition that it was sent to be eligible for a full refund. Please do not remove any tags or packaging. If an item is not in it’s original condition and packaging you will not be eligible for a full refund. This excludes faulty items.
We are unable to cover the cost of returns postage and delivery, duty and tax charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are sent at the customers own risk.
